Mr. Hibbard began his career working as an insurance defense attorney for Cholakian & Associates representing and defending various insurance companies, government entities and their insureds who were involved in personal injury matters.
Mr. Hibbard then worked at Bennett, Samuelsen, Reynolds & Allard another well known insurance defense firm defending insureds involved in catastrophic personal injury matters. Many of these claims involved automobile, slip and fall and homeowner insurance claims. He also worked as a court appointed conflict attorney program for Alameda County representing indigent criminal defendants.
In 2011, Mr. Hibbard began his own private practice specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.
